The Last Detox You’ll Ever Need

Detox: noun: : a regimen or treatment intended to remove toxins and impurities from the body

Sounds awesome!

Who wouldn’t love to feel all clean inside, right?

But since there are literally 194,000,000 detox references online, how do we know where to start?

 

Let’s start with some verifiable data…

  1. There is no scientific evidence that a certain regimen, or abstinence, actually removes toxins from the body.

  2. Some people report feeling better during and after certain detoxes.

 

Soooo, what are we supposed to do with these seemingly opposing points!?!

Your kidneys, liver, bladder, colon and lungs are on the job right now.

  • Drinking water is a cleanse

  • Pooping is a cleanse

Seriously. You can relax.
